Keyworker Links provides a transdisciplinary approach for children who have additional support needs, developmental delay or disability. Children do not need a diagnosis to get support.

What is a Keyworker?
A Keyworker is the main person working alongside the family/carer to support the child’s progress towards plan goals. The Keyworker liaises with the team in their child’s life. This can (include the child’s parent/carers, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, psychologists, physiotherapists, specialists early childhood educators), and other services, E.g: (Early Childhood Education and Care services) working together when working with the family/ carer to support the child.

Cahli can provide NDIS early childhood supports for children 0-6 years. The supports being provided are based on the child’s goal/s. This may be ongoing alongside other therapists or whilst a child and, their family/ carer is waiting to access other allied health services.
Priority is given to children who have no other therapy services in place. Cahli will work in collaboration with the family/ carer to best meet the child's goals.

Cahli value's all children and wishes to see them successfully participate within their home, early childhood education and care environments, school environments and community.

Cahli recognises the need for children to have further opportunities to learn skills and put them into practice within supportive settings.

Cahli believes that skills taught to children can be further embedded with the help of family, educators and others involved in the child's life. This is done by teaching strategies to support the child and building capacity of families, educators and others in the child's life.

Cahli understands that starting school is a big milestone and is able to provide transition to school supports.
